The Aquesure Filters and Filter Humidifiers combine effective microbial filtration with low compressible volume and minimal resistance. Bacterial/viral efficiency provides protection from contamination of equipment, circuits, patients, and staff during clinical use in anesthesia and the ICU. The Aquesure electrostatic filters are hydrophobic and resist liquid particles.
Aquesure HMEF's are intended to provide physiologic warming, humidifying and filtering of the patient's upper airways during artificial or mechanical ventilation. BOMImed's Aquesure HMEF's are available with High Efficient Particulate Aerosol Fibers (HEPA). BOMImed's innovative media substantially lowers breathing resistance when compared with traditional filtration media.
